Your Dog's Size
- Length - Measure your dog from the base of the neck
to the base of the tail.
- Generally if your dog is a standard size, ie measuring
12" from the base of neck to the base of tail,
then he should wear a size S.
- Round up to next larger size if measurement is near
or over maximum range in the smaller size, or if your
dog has a thick coat, broader chest, or wider underside

Our Shipping Rates
We ship most items within 48 hours. We keep adequate
inventory on all products we offer at our store and
warehouse. However, sometimes demand exceeds our expectations
for a given period. If we do not have a certain item
on hand immediately, or it will take longer to ship,
we will contact you by e-mail to tell you the estimated
shipping time of your order.
Our normal delivery time is between 10 - 15 days for
in-stock items to arrive, depending upon time of year
and distance. Shipping costs are as shown on the table
below. Shipping to international countries are generally
at a little higher rate. Please go ahead and order and
we will contact you if the difference is more than $5
dollars.

Additional considerations
1. Handling charges on all items are included in
the price.
2. If you prefer UPS Overnight, UPS 2-day, or UPS 3-day
shipping, please go ahead and order the item with our
regular shipping cost amount and let us know your preference
for these services. We will charge the difference between
the shipping costs to your credit card and send the
item to you using the request method.
3. International Shipping: If the item needs to be shipped
outside the US, go ahead and order at our US shipping
rate. We'll contact you via e-mail with the difference
of cost for shipping to your destination. You'll have
the opportunity to accept or decline the order and shipping
costs.
4. Le PuppyPoo will send you an e-mail once your order
has shipped with delivery and tracking information.
5. Please Note: If an item was shipped free and is returned
to us, (or part of an order), we will credit the item
returned minus up to $15 in shipping. (To cover the
cost originally shipping the item to you.)
6. This site disclaims any and all liability for the
carrier failing to adhere to delivery days and times.
Return Policy
Le Puppypoo always guarantees your satisfaction. If
you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply
return it to us in its original unused condition within
7 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or refund.
In the case of a return, you may receive a full refund
of the purchase price; however, the refund will not
include the shipping and handling costs.
Return Instructions
Please include a note (preferably on the packing slip),
with RETURN or EXCHANGE written on it. If you would
like to exchange the item, please let us know what you
would like to exchange the merchandise for.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost
in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof
that we have received your merchandise, it is your property.
For your protection, we suggest you send your return
via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance
and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance
without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit.
Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery.
If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customers
responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office
to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance
with the post office is a transaction between the individual
and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated
with Le PuppyPoo.
Please note:
We are not responsible for any damage that is caused
by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor
refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been
used, or is not in its original new condition.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost
in shipping.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as
possible, as we will allow one exchange per item. After
one exchange, each exchange will incur a additional
re-stocking and shipping and handling fee of $15.
